A $10 deposit is required to book your appointment. The $10 will be used towards your LINKED permanent jewelry purchase.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to choose the style of jewelry you want.
A waiver is required and will be emailed to you once you book your appointment. Please bring the waiver with you to the appointment. You must be 18 years of age or older or come with a legal guardian. Bring your ID.
*The $10 is refundable with a 48HR cancellation notice. NO discounts codes allowed towards the deposit. If a discount code is used, only the amount paid will go towards your permanent jewelry cost.
