At Olive & Rose our goal is to provide our customers with a great shopping experience. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will try and do our best to make it better!
REFUND POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:
- Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 14 days of in-store purchase date for store credit.
- Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns.
- Customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s).
- Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag has been removed.
- No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued.
- All clearance/final sale items, accessories, and jewelry are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason.
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
- All qualifying returns are welcome for store credit only within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in its original condition with original tags attached.
- We cannot issue refunds. Exchanges are not allowed on online orders.
- Please allow 24 business hours to process your return once we receive it.
- Non-qualifying items are items washed/worn, has stains, animal hair, scent/smoke smell, items without the tags attached.
- Items purchased at a discounted/sale price are not eligible for return
- Jewelry and Accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return
Defective Items:
Please inspect all items as soon as they arrive. Damages and any problems must be reported within 48 hours of arriving by email.
